These Terms govern your use of CHOOS — a preference-testing service available on the web and as a Telegram Mini App. By creating an account, opening a test link or casting a vote, you accept these Terms.
1. The service
CHOOS lets creators publish pairwise (A/B) tests and lets respondents choose between options. CHOOS builds a ranking, confidence estimates and analytics from those choices.
The service is provided “as is”. Rankings, confidence values and insights are statistical estimates, not guarantees, and must not be treated as professional advice.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate sign-in details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
The service is not intended for children under 16. If you are under 16, do not use CHOOS.
3. Content and responsibilities of creators
Creators are responsible for the options, media and questions they publish, for having the rights to that content, and for the lawfulness of any data they collect through their tests.
Creators must not publish content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, deceptive, or that requests sensitive personal data (health, biometrics, political or religious views, or similar) from respondents.
Where a creator uses CHOOS to collect responses, the creator acts as the controller of that research data and must have their own lawful basis for it.
4. Responsibilities of respondents
Do not attempt to manipulate results through automation, repeated voting or interference with the service. We may exclude responses that appear invalid, automated or duplicated.
5. Data, sharing and consent
We collect personal data and your responses, and we share them with test creators and with third parties as described in the Privacy Notice. Use of CHOOS requires your informed consent to this collection and sharing.
If you do not agree, you cannot use the service; you may close the app and, where you already have an account, request deletion.
6. Availability, liability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time, and we may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CHOOS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or decisions you make based on test results.
We may update these Terms. Material changes are shown in the app, and continued use after the change means you accept the updated Terms.
