Privacy Notice

Account data: email address, name and avatar where you provide them, or the Telegram account identifier, username, name and language when you sign in with Telegram; authentication metadata such as sign-in time and provider.

Response data: every choice you make (which option you picked over which), skips, the order of pairs, the time taken per decision, and the session that groups your answers.

Test content: questions, options, text and media uploaded by creators.

Technical data: device and platform type (web or Telegram), coarse client language, referral or share source, approximate technical identifiers needed for security and de-duplication, and error logs.

We do not intentionally collect special-category data. Do not enter sensitive personal information into free-text or media fields.

To operate the service: authentication, publishing tests, serving comparisons and storing votes.

To produce results: rankings, statistical confidence, segment breakdowns and automatically generated insights.

To keep the service safe and reliable: fraud, bot and duplicate detection, debugging, and abuse prevention.

Test creators. When you answer a test, your responses and the associated technical segments (platform, language, source, decision speed) are shared with the creator of that test in individual and aggregated form. Creators may export and further use this data for their own purposes.

Service providers acting on our behalf: cloud hosting and database, authentication, media storage, messaging via the Telegram platform, analytics and error monitoring, and AI/analysis providers used to generate insights from response data.

Legal recipients: authorities where disclosure is required by law, and acquirers in a merger, acquisition or restructuring.

We do not sell your personal data for advertising. Data may be processed outside your country by the providers above, with contractual safeguards where required.

By accepting the consent dialog, you give your informed consent to this collection, processing and transfer to the third parties described here. You can withdraw consent at any time by stopping use of the service and requesting deletion; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.

Account data is kept while your account exists. Response data is kept while the related test exists or until the creator deletes it. Aggregated or anonymised statistics that can no longer identify you may be kept longer.

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and you may lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority.
